This is the tenth year that Yachad's Model UN Club has hosted a conference. Our school prides itself on being the largest school in Israel which integrates Jewish religious and secular students, learning side by side, with a philosophy of tolerance and acceptance. YachadMUN has gained a reputation for being a professional and fun conference, giving opportunities to first-time MUNers as well as returning and experienced delegates.

Dear honorable delegates, chairs, advisors, and esteemed guests,
It is with deep honor and pride that I welcome you to Yachad MUN X, Yachad Modiin High School’s tenth annual Model United Nations conference. What you see and experience at Yachad MUN will be the culmination of endless hours of hard work by everyone involved, including every one of you. For many of you, this is your first Model United Nations conference. The secretariat team has labored and prepared in order to make this an exceptionally positive experience, putting thought into every detail.
I sincerely hope that each delegate participating in the conference will learn a great deal about MUN, meet new friends, have fun, and decide to participate in more conferences in the future. You will be called upon to research, make speeches, listen to others, think on your feet, debate, persuade, draft resolutions, and vote. In addition, participating in MUN teaches you to see issues from another’s point of view and to do things that may be outside of your comfort zone. The skills you acquire here will serve you every day of your life. Do your best to represent your assigned country according to its interests and agenda, but remember there are no real right or wrong answers. Be creative.
As director of Yachad MUN X, I wish you all a fun and fruitful conference.
Hopefully, we will succeed in passing some resolutions!

I’m Dafna Beres and I’m so excited to be secretary general for the best conference in the country!!
I have been in MUN for around four years now, in the secretariat for three, and have participated in around twenty conferences.
Although there are so many good parts about MUN, one of my favorites is definitely the social aspect and I hope this conference will bring people together and strengthen bonds.
A little about me - I am currently in 11th grade, and I do physics, computer science and biology. I love music and play the violin, I volunteer in mada and I love the beach.
I’m really looking forward to meeting all of you and making this the best conference possible!!!

My name is Josh, and I am honored to serve as your Secretary-General for this exciting conference.
I am in 11th grade. Throughout the past few years, I've had the opportunity to participate in many conferences across Israel. Both as a delegate and a chair.
Outside of MUN, I participate in Robotics. In addition, I enjoy photography and writing.
